It is well known that many Communities do not need security on-site 8+ hours a day nor have the budget but still have disturbances during certain hours of the day. This is what we refer to as the "hot-time" this may be from 9pm-1am or when kids are getting out of school. The hot-time varies from community to community. By placing officers on site during these times most problems can be addressed, eliminated and prevented. We have created 4 programs that have proven effective in creating peaceful communities with minimal coverage.

Weekend Security Coverage:
Many communities have very little need for a security guard service Monday through Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays tend to have a greater need for security due to kids being out of school, more residents are off work leading an increase of noise complaints, parking violations.

Here is a brief list specific problems that seem to increase during the weekend that residents tend to be concerned with that may be alleviated by using our weekend security program creating a happier more peaceful community:






Flex Program:
The way our Flex Security Program works is, for a designated number of hours (minimum 4 on each day used) a HOA Security Professional will conduct a highly visible patrols of your property, check common areas, enforce community rules, respond to disturbances, report issues and perform any other security related duties needed.




We can also mix up hours and coverage times for greater impact so those wishing to cause trouble cannot predict the security schedule. For instance if security is needed for more hours during the weekends you can elect to have 6 hour coverage Friday and Saturday and 4 hours of coverage Mon-Fri. This program is designed to give you the client more flexibility in providing security coverage. The idea is to maintain the appearance of full-time guard services by placing security in the window of time in which they are most effective while meeting budget constraints.

Summer Security Program:
Many communities are fairly quiet for most the year but quiet communities can become out of control during the summer months when kids and college students are out for summer break. . To address this need for our communities we have implemented our summer security program at numerous communities across the Las Vegas Valley and have had great results.

We will work with your community to develop a security schedule that will place guards in key areas at times when security is needed.

Then when summertime is over you may discontinue and reactivate our services next summer or whenever you deem necessary.

After-School Security:
Many communities especially those that are located near schools are constantly bombarded with disturbances when school lets out.
To address this issue we can place a uniformed security officer to patrol your property from 1pm-5pm on school days to address and prevent trespassing, graffiti, vandalism and general disturbances. This program has proven very effective in other communities we have provided this service for.
